beautiful and historic Marriott Downtown Syracuse on December 9th.

"Checks to Charities" Night
On Thursday, November 16th, The Syracuse Corvette Club held its annual "Checks for Charity" Night in which 16 local charities were each gifted with a check for $2000. The proceeds were mostly from our 30th annual "Vettes At The Beach" All Charity Car Show held this past July in Sylvan Beach, NY.

Final Monthly Cruise Night Dinner of 2023
On October 19th, the SCC held their last 2023 monthly Cruise Night and Dinner at 916 Riverside Restaurant in Brewerton, NY. 49 members with 19 Corvettes attended. Great food. Great service. Great company.
"Drive for Sight" Cruise & Pizza
23 members of the SCC and 1 guest in 12 Corvettes participated in our Annual Cazenovia Lion's Club "Drive for Sight" Cruise from the Brewster Inn in Cazenovia, NY, to Aiello's Restaurant in Whitney Point, NY.
Fall Foliage Lunch Cruise
18 members in 10 Corvettes participated in the club's annual fall foliage lunch cruise to Farm by Beer Tree Farm in Port Crane, NY.
Honor Flight Mission 019
21 SCC members with 6 Corvettes welcomed home our military veterans at Syracuse Hancock International Airport after returning from their day-long visit to Washington, DC, visiting each of the war memorials built upon their sacrifices.
West Herr Chevrolet of East Syracuse
Annual Syracuse Club and Classic Car Show
On September 23rd, West Herr Chevrolet of East Syracuse held their 16th Annual Syracuse Corvette Club & Classic Car Show. There were s total of 220 cars that participated, 70 of which were Corvettes from our club. There were numerous door prizes, basket drawings, donations and a 50/50 drawing that raised $1,629 for David's Refuge.

Jordan Fall Festival
On September 17th, 34 members in 20 Corvettes, attended the 77th Annual Jordan Fall Festival and the Jordan Fall Festival Car, Bike, Jeep and Truck Show.
Annual Member Picnic
Our annual SCC member picnic was held at the home of club members, Rich & Kathy Ghezzi. There were 28 Corvettes, 52 members and 3 guests in attendance. Delicious food and fun times with great people!

46 SCC members arrived in 20 Corvettes at our August monthly Cruise Night Dinner at Tassone's Wine Garden in Baldwinsville, NY. A delicious meal was enjoyed by all!
Heid's Corvette Cruisin' Night
We had a record-breaking turnout at the monthly Corvette Cruisin' Night at Heid's of Liverpool on August 13th. There were 69 SCC members, 56 guests and 4 dogs in 71 Corvettes. We thank members of the Rochester Corvette Club, Kanandaique Canandaigua Corvette Club and the Northern NY Corvette Club for joining us and helping us to set the new record!

6th Annual "Vettes for Pets"
On Sunday, August 13th, 79 SCC members, 1 guest, and 1 dog in 44 Corvettes attended the club's 6th Annual "Vettes for Pets" fundraiser to benefit our CNY SPCA. And a very special thank you to the amazing deputies from the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office, along with CNY SPCA Cruelty Officer Bodah, for the police escort that allowed us all to travel together safely.

Ava's Awesome Lemonade Stand
On August 6th, 23 Corvettes with 42 members of the SCC took their annual cruise to "Ava's Awesome Lemonade Stand" in Liverpool, NY. The lemonade stand raises money for pediatric cancer as a part of the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Dick Walters Memorial Cruise and Celebration
On August 3rd, 66 members of the Syracuse Corvette Club, 6 guests and one dog, in 66 Corvettes, participated in a cruise to honor Dick Walters, a fellow SCC member who passed away suddenly in March. The cruise ended at the ‘Madison County Distillery in Cazenovia, NY, for a celebration of Dick’s life. Many of his family members attended, including his wife, Marty, son Tom and daughter Erin.

Chicken BBQ
On July 23rd, 35 SCC members in 18 Corvettes had a delicious Chicken BBQ put on by the Lake Forest Sportsman Club.

An evening at Clear Path for Veterans
SCC members attended a great event at Clear Path for Veterans in Chittenango, NY, on July 21st. 22 Corvettes caravanned in with 40 members and one guest. The Clear Path Culinary Department treated members to a delicious buffet dinner. There was a spectator judged car show and members were invited to join their "Friday Night Fires". Members donated $605 to this great organization. Overall, such a great evening.

First Annual Night with the Syracuse Mets Baseball Club
SCC members enjoyed a fun night out at NBT Stadium in Syracuse, NY, watching the Syracuse Mets play against the Buffalo Bison. 12 Corvettes and 37 members attended the event. And best of all, the Mets won in the bottom of the 9th, 8-6.

Members of the SCC attended the annual "Drive the Glen" at Watkins Glen International in Watkins Glen, NY. They were able to drive their Corvettes on the legendary track for three laps!
Independence Day Parade
We had a fantastic turnout on July 4th at the Hamilton, NY, Independence Day Parade. 41 Corvettes participated in the parade! Some SCC members enjoyed a picnic afterwards at Pratts Falls State Park.

A little rain didn't dampen the fun for 11 SCC members and 1 guest who attended Six Hours at the Glen in 7 Corvettes at Watkins Glen International Raceway on June 24th and 25th.

Can-Am Corvette Connectathon
The inaugural Can-Am Corvette Connectathon took place in Alexandria Bay, NY, on June 20th & 21st. A total of 83 Corvettes participated in the event, 17 of which were from the SCC. Everyone enjoyed an Uncle Sam's Boat Tour as well as a delicious buffet dinner on the first day. On day 2, everyone particiated a guided large group cruise.

Car Show in Minoa, NY
On June 19th, 27 SCC members and 1 guest in 17 Corvettes (and 1 Camaro) attended a car show for residents of Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. The sight of all the beautiful cars brought such smiles to the residents' faces! The staff treated everyone to some fun 50's tunes along with hamburgers and hotdogs.

"Back the Blue" Ride & Rally
It was a gorgeous day on June 17th for the "Back the Blue" Ride & Rally in support of the New York Law Enforcement, sponsored by our good friends from Rochester Corvette Club, from the Eagle Vale Golf Club. 20 SCC members in 14 Corvettes attended the fun event!

The Vettes in Perfection of the Capital District Spring Corvette Show was held on June 4th at Lakeside Farms Cider Mill in Ballston Lake, NY. Eleven members and 6 Corvettes attended.

Skaneateles Lunch Boat Cruise
On Sunday, June 4th, 30 SCC members enjoyed a pleasant afternoon aboard the Judge Ben Wiles of the Mid-Lakes Navigation Company for a narrated lunch cruise. A delicious meal was served and the staff was amazing!

Annual Springfest Corvette Show
Eight members of the Syracuse Corvette Club, in five Corvettes, attended the Allentown Area Corvette Club’s 22nd Annual “Springfest” Corvette Show, at the Lehigh Valley Campus of Penn State University on June 3rd. What a beautiful day with over 300 Corvettes!

Memorial Day Parade in Jordan, NY
52 SCC members in 31 Corvettes drove in the Jordan Memorial Day Parade of Bands to help honor the memory of our fallen military heroes.

Memorial Day Parade in Fabius, NY
The SCC participated in the annual Memorial Day parade in Fabius, NY. There were 21 members, one guest, and one dog in 14 Corvettes that joined in the parade. What a beautiful morning and the Fabius residents were very kind and grateful to us for our participation.

20 SCC members in 12 Corvettes line up for the 24th Annual "Wheels on Main Street" Memorial Day Weekend car show in Waterloo, NY on May 30th.
It was a beautiful day with many amazing vehicles at the show including antiques, classics, hot rods, muscle cars and more!
Inaugural Town of Salina Memorial Weekend Car Show

The Town of Salina launched its inaugural Memorial Weekend Car Show with 32 SCC members present in 20 Corvettes. This car show was to benefit Honor Flight Syracuse. An additional $280 were raised to benefit our military veterans and Honor Flight.
Oneida, NY Memorial Parade
On the evening of May 26th, the Syracuse Corvette Club chauffeured four young honorees from the Oneida Elks Lodge #767 in the Oneida, NY Memorial Parade. Eighteen SCC members in 11 Corvettes participated in the parade.

Watkins Glen Corvette Festival
A total of 21 SCC members in 11 Corvettes attended the Inaugural Corvette Festival in Watkins Glen, NY on May 20-21. As part of the festival, all Corvettes took a spirited cruise on the original Watkins Glen racing circuit and over the famous Stone Bridge.

Monthly Cruise Night & Dinner
Our first monthly "Cruise Night & Dinner" of the new season at The Pier in Brewerton, NY, was a huge success! We had 121 SCC members (including 2 new members) with 55 Corvettes in attendance. It was a fantastic evening of great food and fun!

Corvette Cruisin' Night at Heid's in Liverpool
Great turnout for our first
monthly meetup at Heid's in Liverpool on Sunday, May 14th! 63 SCC members, 10 guests (including 2 from Binghamton and 2 from Rochester) came in 42 Corvettes. Seven of the eight generations of the Corvette were represented! Join us in June for our next monthly meetup!

Honor Flight April 22, 2023
2o members of the Syracuse Corvette Club welcomed back our amazing and heroic veterans from the Honor Flight Syracuse Mission 018 at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. A fun group dinner followed at Twin Trees III in North Syracuse.

Cars & Coffee at Van Bortel Chevrolet's "Corvette Warehouse"
On February 25th, 22 SCC members enjoyed a fun "Cars & Coffee" event at Van Bortel Chevrolet's Corvette Warehouse in Macedon, NY. The morning was followed up with a fun lunch with members of the Corvettes of Buffalo at Flaherty's Grill and Tap Room.

SCC Members attended the 4th Annual Syracuse Corvette Club Night with Syracuse Crunch Hockey on February 24th. A delicious meal was enjoyed at Ale 'n' Angus Pub in Downtown Syracuse prior to the game. A portion of each game ticket was donated to the Burn Foundation of Central New York. And the Crunch won 3-2 over the Wilkes-Barre Penguins!
